Right now after making grain, there is a lot of oxidation in silver, the reason for which is the use of potable water while making grain and melting in open, due to which there is a lot of repair in polish, if our silver does not come in contact with o2, then oxide Defects caused due to this will be eliminated.

The Outcome

What are we hoping to achieve through this experiment?

We will add Nitrogen Gas in grain tank and melting chamber so that silver will not be oxidized and will add alcohol with water in grain tank so that silver will be clean and after casting the product will be free from defects caused by oxidation.

The Hypothesis

What is our hypothesis?

Right now after making grain, there is a lot of oxidation in silver, the reason for which is the use of potable water while making grain and melting in open, due to which there is a lot of repair in polish, if our silver does not come in contact with o2, then oxide Defects caused due to this will be eliminated

The Results

How will we know our hypothesis is true or false?

A lot of repairs in the polish process are still due to oxides, such as black marks and darkening of the product, black spots on the customer's skin or allergies, all of which are caused by oxides in silver.

Who will be affected by our experiment? Who do we need to engage and envolve?

This experiment will reduce repair in Polish and also reduce costumer's complaint because it will stop allergies or making black marks on the skin.
