The Problem

Who is carrying out the experiment? What are our roles and responsibilities?

Jay & Dipesh will be the ones working on designs where as the people in Adarsh's workshop will be the Ones putting the vehicles together to showcase them accordingly. So the Designer needs to make sure the design fulfills the purpose and the Workshop needs to make sure the products are made up to the mark.

The Outcome

What are we hoping to achieve through this experiment?

We are hoping to enter a new market and increase our portfolio with better and mass produced products. we will have a great opportunity to meet new people and work in a market we have never worked before on a large scale.

The Hypothesis

What is our hypothesis?

If we enter this market we have a big opportunity to grow by introducing our products and jewelry to a lot bigger and Diverse community. By doing this it and entering the automotive industry we can get access to a larger market and advertise our jewelry products along with them. This will Boost the Sales by advertising our products more through online and automotive media platforms. Because Automotive community it one of the biggest communities with very less manufactures from India.

The Results

How will we know our hypothesis is true or false?

We will know if our Hypothesis is true through One of the biggest platforms YouTube, there most of the automotive community is connected through YouTube, Discord and Reddit the more we will be able to see and gain grounds on these platforms the better advertising strength we will have for all of our products.

The People

Who will be affected by our experiment? Who do we need to engage and envolve?

The Affect by this most would be the people we feed with our charity a bigger community would mean more customer, more customer means more orders and more order means more people getting food everyday. entering this field and mass producing these products would also help us increase jobs and opportunity for people. we can engage through it with more people all over the world and expand our business around the world the biggest platform would SEMA Show in Vegas.

The Litmus Test

What metrics, data, KPIs do we need to measure?

Build quality needs to be measured with parts made through fiberglass and carbon fiber as they should not get cracks and waves in the, as for the off-road products it should be tuff and rugged to endure the tuff wild environment

The Timeline & Budget

When will we measure the results? What are the next steps to bring this experiment to life? What is the expected budget for this experiment?

The timeline needs to be till the SEMA Show as it is one of the largest and most prestigious automotive trade shows in the world. The next step needed is to setup a workshop/Garage where we can work on these items. budget, Depends on the vehicle we start with as there needs be at least 3 vehicles showcasing 3 Genre Daily Driver, Project Car & Off-roader. Finding a Good Fabricator
